Elegant Bridal Productions began in 1979 and is proud to be the tri-state area’s longest running bridal show company, as we annually produce 80 to 100 shows. EBP stands in a class by itself; we tour New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania reaching thousands of brides and grooms. The expo offers a professional personalized atmosphere, which is why we have been the undisputed #1 bridal show company in the northeast region.
Elegant Bridal Productions would like to help ensure your success at all of our bridal shows and expos. Here are a few simple preparations to follow that will help your performance before, during and after the shows resulting in a high rate of return from the bridal event.
Invite potential customers to the event. This helps you as well as the fellow wedding professionals at each show. This can easily be done by phone, mail or email.
Arrive early and allow enough time for set up before the arrival of the audience. Please be aware of where the proper entrance is for unloading/loading your materials. Also be prepared with all of the necessary equipment to carry your display and set up into/out of the facility.
Once the guests arrive and begin to mill about the vendors; stand in front of your booth. Make sure you eat first so you are in a good mood and dressed appropriately to conduct business. Be sure to describe your services and offer show specials or discounts. Finally, have sign in sheets and/or your appointment book and availability calendar with you.
DO NOT BREAK DOWN DURING A SHOW! This looks bad for the show and to the guests. Many brides arrive during the show and would like to ask questions after as well as to see if they are a winner at your table for your show specials or door prizes.
After the show, make sure to follow up with the guests.
Remember be prepared for this is your first impression to many potential clients and fellow wedding professionals. Make it your best.

The "yellow pages" of the millennium has proven to be an excellent source of reservations for the bridal shows audiences. We are now offering advertising to our vendors on the site. Banners, listings and links are all available.
- Company Listing - Company name and all contact information listed under the appropriate category on the website. This is available for the entire year
- Category Banner - A banner listing is available under the appropriate category. This banner will link to your own website. A listing of all brides that register on the site is also available for all vendors that have banners. This is available for the entire year.
- • Front Page Banner - A banner listing is available on the front page. This banner will link to your own website. A listing of all brides that register on the site is also available for all vendors that have banners. This is available for the entire year.
Banner Guidelines..
All banners supplied to Elegant Bridal must meet the following guidelines
- They must be a .gif format.
- for the Category Page results page, the banners must be 380px by 60px
- for the Front Page, the size required is 230px by 60px
If a banner is supplied does not meet the requirements, there is a minimum of $50.00 fee to resize, reformat or convert the file to work on the Elegant Bridal Website.
Banners can be created by our staff for a nominal fee of $75.00. This fee includes development of a basic color banner including your supplied logo, phone # and limited text. The banner is designed for the Elegant Bridal website only and cannot be used for any other media. If a more elaborate banner is requested, they will be quoted on an individual basis.

NATIONAL TELEVISION SPONSORSHIP
Elegant Bridal Productions is the only bridal show company of its kind to be endorsed by syndicated television talk show, Martha Stewart. The stars welcome the audience and are given free VIP tickets to their shows. The Maury Povich, Sally Jesse Rafael, and Geraldo Rivera Shows had also been an endorser of Elegant Bridal Production. EBP expos have been described as "The champagne and caviar" of the bridal industry.
FASHION SHOW
Our New York runway style fashion show is opened with first class entertainment. The area’s top DJs and bands highlight our professional productions. All shows use professional models and have various themes. Videotapes are available of shows for vendor's future advertisement and sales.
MULTIMEDIA
Elegant Bridal Productions will provide multimedia promotional opportunities on BTV, your "Bridal Net." BTV programming will be shown on our "exclusive Internal Satellite Network." We offer 10-30 second still frame style advertising or full commercials shown on strategically placed video monitors and large 12-foot screens. The ads run continuously throughout the show. The production presentations are impressive and impacting.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Hotels and banquet halls are chosen for show sites according to their beauty, elegance and reputation of service. The banquet staff is always available to answer all questions at the show.
